FIXLY.PL is an e-commerce platform whose main goal is to connect directly verified professionals with customers.

The platform is not only focused on repairs, construction or cleaning professionals, but also on graphic designers, event managers or workshops and language courses and many, many more.

Users can contact directly with a chosen specialist via a website or a mobile app. is a part of the OLX Group – one of the biggest Polish e-commerce companies.


The Client wanted to launch a new and non-standard TV campaign which would present as an easy-to-use and accessible platform which helps finding reliable and trustful professionals in a varied categories of services. Main goal set by Fixly was to boost customers’ awareness of the platform and invite people for a trial.

What MADOGZ did:

MADOGZ agency was responsible for creating the new proposition of the comms for The agency was asked to present the strategy of communication and creative approach (including TV & digital video spots, banner ads, mailing, social media creatives etc.) in which main benefits of the platform and its multiplicity would be underlined. 

MADOGZ decided to present the approach in a non-standard way. We came up with an idea of non-existing, imaginary professionals who are not present on the Fixly – such as: a master of pulling someone’s leg, an alarm’s snoozer, children’s negotiator, TV muter or a classifier of the raisins from the cheesecake. The key message was: ‘You won’t find those professionals on Fixly, but everyone else is already there.” The essential thing of this particular approach was the attention grabber. We had to answer the following question: ‘how to differentiate our ad in the clutter it the first 5 to 8 seconds of the spot?’ That’s why we decided to do this with a well know polish actor, Wojciech Mecwaldowski, who became each and every imaginary professional in our ads. 

In the end we created 5 different TV spots (both 30 and 15 seconds), as well as digital & social media materials. MADOGZ has also provided content marketing activities which were conducted on chosen websites (,, 

Client’s opinion:

Sometimes it is worth to trust an agency and give them space in which they don’t have to cling to the brief so tight, because it brings surprisingly good effects and creative solutions. And that’s how this campaign has created – beside the given brief, but still achieving business goals.

MADOGZ opinion:

Producing the whole ad during the pandemic was, I have to admit, quite a challenge. But thanks to the Client’s supportive approach we managed to set the production in just two weeks time! Finally it occurred that going through hundreds of video calls actually accelerated the whole process and made the production much less complicated than we thought of it at the beginning. Again, I have to admit that a great Client-agency relationship is the key to top notch cooperation!
